We take care with your home, we take the time to answer any of your questions and we are happy to show you what we are doing as the process unfolds. We also have a CLEANLINESS GUARANTEE as we protect your floors and house while we are working, take all the debris with us, and we even sweep up when we are done.
Our Installers, Jamie, Paul, Tom and Chris are not only skilled in the process, but we are proud to say that they are also polite and respectful of you and your home. We also have an INSTALLER GUARANTEE that we put in writing to back this up!
Leigha Robertson is our Customer Service Manager who is involved in everything from assisting our installers to in home estimates to helping us maintain our high level of customer satisfaction we are proud of.
We are very proud of our record servicing our customers and our A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We are fully covered by insurance (although we have never had to use it!) and covered by workers compensation for your peace of mind. In fact we have a SERVICE GUARANTEE that puts in writing what we have always done…. Provide service later if you need it.

We will upload photos at end of week after painting. Kris B and Jak and all other trades have made our Reno experience more than we could have ever expected. Sarah met with us and was always welcoming in showroom. She also responded to all questions in a timely manner. There were no glitches in a two week Reno. Rare indeed. Every afternoon and every morning we had an update for what the plan was. They were willing and accommodating with any of our own trades people, seamlessly coordinating with them. The team was respectful of our house and completely cleaned up every afternoon before leaving. They maintained a tidy and safe workspace. We really could not have had a better experience. Awaiting paint and electrician.

I absolutely love my new bathroom! From start (with Leigha) to finish with Terry and his crew of helpers, the process was easy. Leigha helped with design and colours. Terry was amazing with the tear down and rebuild, finishing ahead of schedule. He works to a very high standard and kept me informed throughout the whole journey. He made sure I was happy with placement and offered really good advice based on his years of experience. I would highly recommend Beautiful Baths to anyone considering a small or large renovation. I have chosen to do the painting myself so the pictures show that I have yet to begin!

From start to finish, the entire Beautiful Baths crew went above and beyond for our bathroom renovation, and in making the renovation experience an enjoyable one! Andrew was a delight to accommodate every last one of our requests (and then some!) and was there every step of the way to support us when some unforeseen situations to do with our home arose.We were fortunate enough to have Roger, Jak and Tyler as our install team and we truly can't commend them enough for the incredible job they did transforming our 35 year old bathroom into a thing of beauty. Our ensuite bathroom was in desperate need of a makeover. We received several quotes to do the work and once we met with Leigha, we were sold on Beautiful Baths. She took her time with helping us make our decisions about products and was able to give us plenty of options. There was no sales pressure and the showroom was well stocked with great products at various price points.Jacobus and Tyler Kirby were our installers and they transformed our bathroom in 4 days. Their work was done well and they involved us in all the decisions that needed to be made along the way. They were two of the most polite and respectful tradespeople we have had in our home. Darcy, Roger and Zane took out our old and dated small bathtub/shower and updated it to a beautiful, clean, bright and spacious new shower that is so comfortable, easy to clean, and just really pretty. They were very friendly and professional. Darcy was really great, he took time to talk to us and answer all our questions, and was very knowledgeable. They all took pride in what they were doing and took time to clean up and keep the surrounding areas clean while they were working. We are just so happy! After the flood on July 21st, we became so discouraged with our ruined basement. The staff at Beautiful Baths have been so accommodating and encouraging, offering us a great selection of bathroom products which met our needs, both financially and esthetically. Leigha guided us through the initial contract process with so much encouragement. Chris Bezanson and the other installers fit us into their busy schedule, were prompt, friendly and informative, involving us in the decision-making every step of the way (ie. placement of the grab bar, shelving and hand-held shower head). Patti, the manager of the showroom, who is my sister, was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process, offering suggestions and searching out the best deals based on our very limited budget. Terry and his team from Beautiful Baths just finished renovating one of my bathrooms. New everything! I had the tub surround replaced with a shower stall. I’m happy with the product. I chose smooth acrylic that looks like concrete walls. I worried from the time I made the decision to the install that I may have chosen wrong. I did not! It’s beautiful! The new vanity, new toilet, pot lights, lighted mirror, towel warmer, and heated tile floors have made my bathroom feel like a spa.Terry was fantastic. He’s professional, pleasant, and it seems like he can do any job to perfection. He is also innovative and communicates well to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. He recognizes where plans can be improved and brings it to your attention. During the work all my floors were well protected by rubber mats.Terry is currently renovating my downstairs bath to include a curb-less “roll in” shower and all the amenities that are in the upper bath.Andrew did my estimate. He was easy to reach, made good suggestions , was responsive to my questions and patient with my changes. Patti was helpful every time I went into the showroom.I haven’t received the final bill yet but I don’t expect any big surprises - even though I’ve added several items since the project started.I can totally recommend this company for large and small bathroom renovations. .

Beautiful bath serviced our tub which was installed less than 4 years ago by the other big bath fitting company. We noticed that the seal between our tub and the insert had let go all along the bottom of the tub which was caused by water leaking in between the two. The other company wanted to charge us quite a bit to have someone come in to vacuum out the tub and reseal it and but they had no idea when they would have someone available to do so (we are still waiting for a call back from them). Beautiful bath was able to send someone out within days and fix the issue quickly and didn't charge us an arm and a leg to do so. I highly recommend this company and will be calling them in the future for any other bath fitting services and products!

Chris, Jack and the rest of the team went above and beyond to remove all of our old fixtures and install the bathroom of my dreams! I'm late with this review but if I could give more than 5 stars I would. They called us with an open timeslot before our expected install date. It was a monday. Our first child was due on the following wednesday so it was perfecting timing...or so we thought. He decided to come early on the sunday. Our first day home with him was when our reno started. We told the install guys to just do their thing and if it was too loud we would go downstairs or go for a walk.They walked us through every step of the project though and even tip toed around the house trying to make as little noise as possible for our new baby boy.The install did take a few extra hours the next day but not at the fault of the company at all. They showed me the previous install as they were tearing the shower out and you could easily tell the previous company did a shotty job of mcgyvering it to make it work.100% we will we call them first for any future reno's we may need done. Pricing was on point with what other companies quoted us but their time frame was leaps and bounds ahead of any of the other guys.

After over a decade of different house projects, Beautiful Baths is the very first company that we have ever dealt with that was on-time for the start of our master bathroom re-model, that finished the project EARLY (all previous contractors we have had to chase after them to finish the last 10%, not so with BB), and did a gorgeous job on our bathroom. Mike and his various helpers were the most amazing crew, going above and beyond, with SUPER SKILLS in efficiency and attention to detail (and trying to be as quiet as possible during our baby's naptimes haha). The company itself is always responsive, answers your phone calls and emails within 24 hours and answers any questions you have. The work was as exactly as quoted (which is a rarity), this company is really well organized, and the best we've experienced to date. The quality of the products are excellent, we are in love with our new bathroom!!!! Thank you Beautiful Baths for giving us our serene bathroom with all its luxuries. First of all, they were able to schedule us almost 3 weeks earlier than our initial appointment. The installer Jamie, showed up at 7:30am and began right away and was very knowledgeable and kept us informed on what he was doing. He had finished the majority of work on day 1 and only had to come back the following day for about 2 hours and was done and everything looked well. He had two helpers one the first day and a different one the second day and both were very helpful and considerate as well, and cleaned up all their mess when they were done.Would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for knowledgeable workers to be able to make their bathroom look better!

A week ago I had only good things to say about this company. 2 weeks after the work was done , the tub stopper seemed to have broken. A call to report this , I was told someone would call and tell me how to use it. The next day , I called back and was told it was on the calendar and someone would stop by when they had time. It is now a week, no call or visit. We bought an old fashioned plug.Update!!Thank you Andrew!!A quick visit and a new plug for the tub. The other one had snapped in half, something Andrew said he had never seen before..Another update!A returning mold problem was dealt with quickly( Thank you Andrew) and efficiently ( Thank you Tom)

We love our new bathtub! We had Beautiful Baths come in for a free estimate, they measured the space and went through all of our options with us. They had great payment options and our installer was professional and friendly. There were two installers the first day and one for the second to just complete the finishing touches. They had someone from the company come for an inspection before completing another inspection with us before signing off on the completed job. We would absolutely recommend beautiful baths!

Leigha was very patient with us ensuring we had lots of options while the install lead, Jeremy, along with Mike and Chris, were extremely friendly and paid attention to detail. We love our beautiful bathroom! Jeremy is a great project manager. Both Jeremy and Jonathan were excellent.They did everything- drywall,painting plumbing, tiling, fixtures, installations, along with great recommendations and friendly service. A week ago I had only good things to say about this company. 2 weeks after the work was done , the tub stopper seemed to have broken. A call to report this , I was told someone would call and tell me how to use it. The next day , I called back and was told it was on the calendar and someone would stop by when they had time. It is now a week, no call or visit. We bought an old fashioned plug.Update!!Thank you Andrew!!A quick visit and a new plug for the tub. The other one had snapped in half, something Andrew said he had never seen before.

Jeremy and Mario showed up a few days early because of a cancellation. They were on time and very professional . They did a clean fresh quality job remodeling the bathroom and also installing new kitchen taps. If anyone has anything the need professionally done Beautiful Baths is the one to choose.

Beautiful Baths did a terrific job on the two bathrooms in our house. They were clean, professional and responsive your needs.As any major renovation, there will be some unexpected issues uncovered along the way. They resolved these issues as well.The final product is truly high quality, top quality really and good value.My parents had some work done by BB and were very pleased. The work is not cheap, but the quality is there.I highly recommend Beautiful Baths, especially if you want the job done well, no corners cut.

We are really happy with our new bathroom. Chris was excellent to deal with and Jamie removed our jacuzzi tub and put in our walk in shower within 2 days. They bring their own cloths for your flooring and made sure everything was cleaned up when they finished. I would highly recommend Beautiful Baths if you are thinking of a bathroom remodel.

We just got our 20 years old bathroom completely remodeled by beautiful bath. The full project from the quote request to the final completed payment was so easy. It was just like it was done in a day by someone who just read my mind. It took a week and I still can’t believe how professional the full grew was. Always on time. No mess. And so knowledgeable in what they were doing. I can not say more than if you need your bathroom redone give them a call and you will not regret it. Thanks Jeremy and Darrell for your hard work.

This is the second time we had a bathroom renovation from beautiful baths. When two years later we had a minor problem with our first one, they came back and fixed it right away, without charging us. We believe our beautiful bathroom was a great feature when we sold our house recently. So of course we went to them again for our new house. Good products, good work, good service, good people.

Great company to deal with .Had a walk in shower installed in our house about 2 years ago and they did a beautiful job. Then about 8 months ago we purchased another rental property and had to have the bathroom pretty much entirely done in a 3 week time frame from closing to tenants moving in .We contacted Beautiful Baths and they fitted me in and got it done. Great company worth every $

This spring we had our bathroom renovated by Beautiful Baths. Bringing in into today's standards and out with the 70's style. We we decided on was nothing fancy, simple but updated . We are very happy with the reno, the staff and workmanship is second to none. and I couldn't believe they would have it completed in a day, actually it didn't take all day.

In October 2018 we had our walk in closet transformed into a roll in shower. Jamie, Ryan and Paul did a great job. A couple of things we weren't happy with were remedied right away. They always arrived promptly and were very professional. They always cleaned up the mess so we were left with very little cleanup. We're very happy with the results.

I'm really pleased with the work done by Beautiful Baths. I had my entire tub and shower enclosure replaced. Chris the owner carefully explained the process to me in an open and honest manner that I really appreciated. The installation itself was fully completed in 1 day - the 2 workers arrived at 7.45am and were complete by 3.30pm. They were very tidy and respectful and left the bathroom cleaner than when they arrived. Overall, very satisfied!

We were contacted shortly after the questionaire was filled out. Approached with knwoledge, experience and profesionalism. Agreed upon parts, details, arranged a date for commissioning. Got a reminder day ahead, technicians arrived on time, behaved with upmost profesionalism about their work, our space, and tidyness. Cleaned up everything afterwards, explained how to maintain, what was done. Highly recommended.

Having any re-modeling done to my bathroom very shortly after moving into my new living situation was certainly NOT an expense I wanted to incur nor a nuisance I wished to endure - but it became necessary - Leigha , sales representative , came within a day or two of my call and made the experience so very easy for me - she made recommendations that made sense to me and I was able to shop from home - I loved that ! Darcy was my installer and if you have to have this done he's a guy you can easily spend a day with - professional, tidy and just downright pleasant . And just to put the icing on the cake , my shower enclosure is a lovely looking unit - plain but just perfect for a small space . What had started out as a bit of a disaster ended up to be a happy event .

Great Job! Leigha came in and addressed all of our concerns and did a quote for us right on the spot. Then the team that came a couple of weeks later to complete the project did a great job. In and out in one day and cleaned up after themselves (vacuuming included). We had one concern after the job was complete, but one of the installers came out and addressed it right away. Then a year after the initial job was done, I called with a question and again, someone came to the house to address our issue. Great customer service from Beautiful Baths!
